Recommendations will be made on following: Healthy diet Plan , Foods to avoid, and which Foods to eat , Herbs, Supplements, Remedies, Teas, An Exercise regime , Meditation, Colonics, Acupuncture, Reflexology, and Massage therapy, to bring the body back to it's natural state.
Treat and Pamper your Feet
Your feet are subjected to some Harsh conditions day in and day out and over time , excessive walking, tight shoes, going barefoot and other factors can lead to rough calluses, arches and feet that are simply tired and sore.
Treatment in the session :
First Soak the feet in warm water with Essential oils.
Perform a gentle scrub of the feet and ankles with the use of Brown Sugar, Charcoal, & Sea Salt.
Afterwards enjoy a Calming and Relaxing Massage .
Then complete the session by applying a moisturizing foot cream that will leave your feet feeling Smooth, Soft , and Silky.
