What does a Health Coach do

 A health coach can spend the time to help someone figure out what their personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and affect them holistically and help them develop strategies to overcome them, whether it's that they want to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better or lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. 

 Relationships, Exercise, Career , and Spirituality, are just as important to your health as the food you eat, A health coach understands this and takes a holistic approach in supporting the whole person. 

Generally as a Health Coach I work with individuals/clients to help them improve their health and then maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Holistic Health Assessment



An Holistic Health Assessment Consist of:

A Physical Exam on various parts of the body and assess a person's overall health , Also the Function of Bodily systems, chemical Analysis of Saliva and Urine to determine PH Levels and Ailments in the Body. 

Blood pressure testing 

Readings of the : Body type, Tongue, Hair, Eyes, Face, Forehead, Nose, Lips, Teeth, Ears, Hands, and Nails. 

After the Assessment is completed there will be a general recommendation on the root causes of any Ailments found in the body.

Recommendations will be made on following: Healthy diet Plan , Foods to avoid, and which  Foods to eat , Herbs, Supplements, Remedies, Teas,  An Exercise regime ,  Meditation,  Colonics, Acupuncture, Reflexology, and Massage therapy,  to bring the body back to it's natural state.



    Weight Loss - Nutrition Diet Plans

    There are 2 types of body Fat.


    Visceral - surrounds the internal organs

    Subcutaneous - beneath the skin &  makes up about 80% of all body fat.

    The most common forms of stretches are static and dynamic:

    • Static stretches involve holding a stretch in a comfortable position for a period of time, typically between 10 and 30 seconds. This form of stretching is most beneficial after you exercise.
    • Dynamic stretches are active movements that cause your muscles to stretch, but the stretch is not held in the end position. These stretches are usually done before exercise to get your muscles ready for movement.
