Receiving my Certification at BioNaturally Institute in Colon Hydrotherapy, I was trained and studied the Human Anatomy and how it functions and the Digestive system that includes The Alimentary system and Accessory structures. I also was trained on the LIBBE device used in a Colonic session . Through the training at BioNaturally I received a second Certification and became a member of The International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy ( I-ACT).
I was trained and Certified through the Heal Center in Atlanta, Ga 2015 . Reflexology is a unique method of using a type of compression massage on the reflex areas, to stimulate the movement of energy and the nerve supply to the different body systems such as: The Nervous system, Endocrine, Reproductive, Circulatory, Respiratory, Digestive, Urinary, and the Lymphatic system.
As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant my focus is on my clients Nutritional needs by Indentifying Symptoms that indicate health imbalances. Then provide Individualized health plans, which include organic quality whole foods, lifestyle recommendations and/ or Natural source of Supplements, Herbs, Minerals , Teas, and Healing Spices to help bring the client’s health back to a state of equilibrium

I Also studied the Origin , Botanical name , and safety precautions when using essential oils and how they are produced.
